Top Manga of 2020

Basketball is starting back up, but it feels like it just ended. The pandemic has messed with a bunch of stuff, but maybe most of all, the continuation of sports has given some the false sense that other things can go on as normal as COVID rages through some locker rooms, even with their “protections.” Sports, sadly, should probably not be happening at all until this pandemic is over or numbers in the US go way down. Unless they’re in NBA, NWSL, or NHL bubbles.

This episode, we just count down each of our three favorite manga we read this year, the hell year that is known as March 2020. Weird that we only had three months! Featuring manga from Viz, Seven Seas, Udon, Kodansha, and Yen Press! Pretty much everyone put out something great this year.

The music you heard in this episode is from the Christmas episode of Ping Pong the Animation.

As always, you can find me on Twitter @ImpassionateK, and my co-hosts Helen (@WanderinDreamr) and Apryll (@manjiorin) on Twitter at those places in the parenthesis. You can find both of their writing at The Organization of Anti-Social Geniuses, more of Helen’s writing at Narrative Investigations, and my writing at the Fandom Post.
